Job Summary

Licensed Senior Legal Counsel, this full-time remote position involves providing legal guidance across the product lifecycle, supporting product development, and advising on regulatory and intellectual property issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance to Product and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Identify and assess legal, regulatory, and intellectual property risks
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliant product development and support

Required Qualifications

• A qualified lawyer admitted and in good standing in a relevant Canadian province or U.S. state
• 5-7 years of progressive legal experience, with at least 4 years in product, technology, or IP matters
• Preferred prior in-house experience at a growing SaaS company
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable guidance
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
