Licensed Senior Liability Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Liability Claims Adjuster - Complex.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and document claims involving liability exposures and litigation proceedings
• Conduct policy reviews, manage reserves, negotiate settlements, and prepare damage assessments for complex losses
• Provide technical expertise and support less experienced staff while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of property and/or liability claims experience
• 3+ years of homeowners or commercial liability and litigation claim handling experience
• Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license as needed
• Complete understanding of Section II of a homeowner's policy
• Highly preferred candidates have 10+ years of multi-line claim handling experience
