Licensed Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design for large and complex transportation projects, the full-time remote Licensed Senior Project Engineer will manage MOT design teams, develop comprehensive strategies, and ensure safety and operational performance for projects exceeding $1 billion in construction value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead MOT design as the primary discipline lead for assigned large transportation projects
• Manage task assignment, oversight, and coordination of MOT design teams across multiple offices
• Develop and oversee work zone traffic analyses, ensuring alignment with project goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 12-15+ years of experience in transportation engineering with significant MOT design leadership
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• In-depth knowledge of MUTCD and state DOT work zone standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills, including client-facing experience
