Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager - Design Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design process from planning to issuance of construction drawings
• Facilitate workshops and design reviews with internal and external stakeholders
• Track project deliverables, cost, schedule, and scope while providing health reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred
• 3 years of design project management experience
• Strong understanding of design and construction principles and practices
• Experience managing and coordinating project teams
