Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Resolution Manager to oversee claims management and resolution processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to plan and execute appropriate resolutions
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to ensure resolution
• Document and communicate claim activities in a timely manner to support claim outcomes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY, HI, RI, and reciprocals (must be willing to obtain all licenses)
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
