Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Resolution Manager to manage and resolve claims effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action for resolution
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of claims

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY, HI, RI, and reciprocals (must be willing to obtain all licenses within specified timeframe)
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
