Job Summary
Leading strength and conditioning initiatives, the full-time Senior Strength and Conditioning Specialist will design, administer, and evaluate evidence-based training programs for SOF personnel while ensuring compliance with regulations and overseeing quality assurance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement strength and conditioning programs tailored to optimize performance and recovery for SOF personnel
- Supervise and coordinate physical training programs, providing expert instruction and managing key project staff
- Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with medical and nutrition professionals to support holistic training approaches
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach
- Current certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC)
- Current licensure as a therapist in the state of practice
- Experience working with athletes at NCAA Division I, Olympic, or professional levels
- Certification in basic CPR and AED training
