Licensed Senior Structural Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Structural Design Engineer to perform structural analysis and design for building materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design primary and secondary structural framing systems and connection details for building projects
• Maintain advanced proficiency in design software and serve as a subject matter expert
• Collaborate with drafting teams and ensure accurate documentation of engineering designs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in multiple states; Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred
• 8 years of experience in steel or metal building design
• Degree must be ABET-accredited and suitable for professional licensure
• Preferred: Master's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
