Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Structural Design Engineer to perform structural analysis and design for metal building systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design primary and secondary structural framing and connections for building projects
Stay current with relevant codes and software, ensuring compliance and proficiency
Produce engineering documentation and collaborate with drafting teams throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering (required)
Master's degree in a related field (preferred)
Degree from an ABET accredited program, suitable for professional licensure
Professional Engineer (PE) license in multiple states; Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
8-12 years of metal building design experience
