Licensed Senior Structural Engineer

Job Summary

Licensed Senior Structural Engineer, seeking an experienced professional for a full-time role in Cincinnati, responsible for leading structural engineering projects for large-scale industrial and commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural engineering scope for major industrial, commercial, and science + technology projects
• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, documentation, specifications, and construction support
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering skill development and technical growth across the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with structural emphasis; Master's preferred
• Active PE and/or SE license in at least one U.S. state
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural design and project leadership
• Proficiency in structural design and analysis software, including Revit and RAM Structural System
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Building Codes and applicable reference standards
