Licensed Senior Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Therapist, Outpatient.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to outpatient therapists and associate level licensed professionals
• Implement and monitor systems to ensure effective completion of clinical and administrative duties by assigned therapists
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy while maintaining compliance with necessary medical records and guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Human Services or related field
• Valid driver's license
• Licensure as LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
• Experience in clinical supervision and counseling/therapy
• Knowledge of DSM 5/ICD10 nomenclature and therapeutic techniques
