Job Summary

Managing a dedicated book of small commercial clients, the full-time Licensed Small Business Account Manager will advise on coverage decisions, drive client retention with a 95% goal, and provide exceptional service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and lead renewal strategies to identify coverage gaps and recommend tailored insurance solutions
  • Maintain proactive engagement with clients to achieve retention goals and identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, claims advocacy, and ensure compliance with service workflows
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance
  • Active Property & Casualty broker's license required
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial P&C products
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
