Licensed Social Services Lead

Job Summary

To support the Social Services team, the full-time remote Licensed Social Services Lead will manage the delivery of training programs, oversee onboarding processes, and ensure consistent workflow execution across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and structured training programs for Social Workers, providing real-time guidance and support
• Maintain and update training materials to reflect current workflows and operational expectations
• Facilitate ongoing training sessions and manage communication channels to address frontline inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare, social services, or care management
• Demonstrated understanding of care coordination and patient navigation workflows
• Advanced knowledge of documentation standards and compliance requirements within Social Work practice
• Active Social Work license (LMSW, LCSW, or LICSW) preferred
