Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Management/Social Work Educator.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for Case Managers and Social Workers
• Act as an educational consultant within the Health System, fostering collaboration and mutual respect among teams
• Stay current with changes in government and payer guidelines and regulations related to care management and social work

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's Degree in Social Work
• Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Independent Social Worker, or Licensed Independent Social Worker - Supervisor
• Two years of experience in nurse educator, care management, or social work
• Preferred experience in staff development training
