Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Ambulatory Social Work for full-time days.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintain productivity within the social work program
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training for staff to ensure efficient service delivery
• Align social work services with strategic goals and promote health equity across programs

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Certified Advance Practice Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• 3-5 years of experience in providing social work services in a healthcare setting
• Experience leading teams and working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of social drivers of health and demonstrated leadership abilities
