Job Summary

To support a growing oncology care team, the full-time Licensed Social Work Team Lead will manage social work teams, ensuring high-quality psychosocial care while driving quality improvement initiatives and fostering collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage social work teams, providing clinical guidance and mentorship to ensure effective delivery of care
• Handle clinical escalations and support training and development efforts for team members
• Monitor quality and productivity metrics, developing coaching plans to enhance team performance

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and an unrestricted Clinical Social Work license (LCSW)
• At least 8 years of social work experience, with 2 years in a leadership role within oncology or case management
• Certification as an Oncology Social Worker (OSW) or relevant palliative care certification
• Proven experience in healthcare settings, particularly in oncology or palliative care
• Strong collaborative skills with a track record of effective team leadership in dynamic environments
