Job Summary
To support the Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress, the full-time Licensed Social Worker will deliver case management interventions remotely to active duty servicemembers, ensuring adherence to study protocols and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and implement a manualized case management intervention via Zoom for servicemembers
- Provide feedback on the intervention and collaborate with the research team to refine training materials
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards while documenting participant progress and safety issues
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field; Doctoral degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience working with active-duty military service members or veterans
- Current, unrestricted license as a clinician (e.g., LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LICSW)
- Experience delivering mental health services remotely, including using video conferencing platforms
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based psychoeducational interventions
