Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Community and Student Volunteer programs
• Lead training sessions and provide feedback to volunteers for their development
• Assist in external recruitment and manage volunteer-related projects to enhance program impact

Required Qualifications

• MSW with two years of experience or LCSW required to support Practicum students
• Experience in coordinating or leading groups of staff, volunteers, or students
• Demonstrated knowledge of LGBTQ+ issues and crisis management protocols
• Strong resilience and adaptability in crisis situations
• A quiet work environment with high-speed internet access
