Licensed Social Worker Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Director of Community Engagement in the nonprofit child welfare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the evolution and expansion of post-adoption programming and serve as a liaison between staff
• Lead and facilitate Lived Expertise Teams to ensure community engagement in service design
• Manage relationships with national organizations and oversee project funds and reports

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, nonprofit management, public administration, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of public child welfare experience
• Licensed Social Worker or similar credentials required
• National experience is highly desired
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
