Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker I - SAFEGUARD Pathfinding Guide.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote case management support to active duty servicemembers discharged from inpatient psychiatric treatment
• Deliver intervention components with high fidelity and participate in regular meetings for mentorship and guidance
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and promptly report any participant safety issues to the clinical supervisor

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field; Doctoral degree preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with military service members or high-risk clients
• Current, unrestricted, independent clinician license from a U.S. state is highly preferred
• Experience with remote case management and telehealth platforms
• Familiarity with evidence-based psychoeducational interventions
