Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker I - SAFEGUARD Pathfinding Guide to provide case management support to active duty servicemembers recently discharged from inpatient psychiatric treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and deliver a manualized case management intervention remotely to active duty servicemembers
• Participate in regular meetings with the clinical supervisor and research team for mentorship and study updates
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and promptly report any participant safety issues

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field required; Doctoral degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience required, preferably with military service members or high-risk clients
• Current, unrestricted, independent clinician license from a U.S. state required
• Experience providing remote case management or mental health services
• Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches and crisis management protocols
