Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker I - SAFEGUARD Pathfinding Guide.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer a manualized case management intervention remotely to active duty servicemembers
• Deliver components of the intervention and study protocol with high fidelity and provide feedback for refinement
• Maintain accurate clinical study documentation and promptly report any emergent participant safety issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, or related field required; Doctoral degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience required, preferably with military service members or high-risk clients
• Experience providing remote case management or mental health services using video conferencing platforms
• Current, unrestricted, independent clinician license from a U.S. state is highly preferred
• Familiarity with evidence-based psychoeducational interventions and trauma-informed approaches is preferred
