Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Care Navigator for Eating Disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic and telehealth screenings, interventions, and referrals for trauma specialty treatment
• Provide stabilization support using Judith Herman's trauma treatment model and assist members in engaging in care
• Coordinate care with providers and community resources, ensuring a smooth member experience

Required Qualifications

• Independent clinical mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) is required
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience with PTSD and Complex Trauma in outpatient settings
• Experience with motivational interviewing and diagnostic assessment
• Knowledge of phased-based trauma treatment models and evidence-based practices for PTSD
• Experience working with diverse populations and collaborating with families to support adolescent treatment
