Job Summary

Providing specialized consultation and referral services, the full-time Licensed Specialty Consultant - Work Life will support military members and their families with elder care, adoption services, and work-life resources in a remote setting during evening shifts from 2:30pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized consultation and referral services related to elder care, adoption, adult disability support, and work-life resources
• Provide telephonic and secure video-based consultations, ensuring compliance with contract performance requirements
• Assess participant needs and navigate appropriate resources while documenting all services provided accurately

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Experience in one or more specialty areas, including elder care or adoption services
• Strong customer service skills with knowledge of call center operations
• Understanding of military lifestyle and culture, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with telephonic and virtual consultation services
