Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Sourcer- Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal recruiters and clinical managers to define ideal candidate profiles for school-based SLP positions
• Leverage sourcing platforms to proactively identify and engage top talent
• Build and nurture pipelines of both active and passive SLP candidates

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience sourcing licensed healthcare or education professionals, ideally school-based clinicians
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume
• Familiarity with SLP licensure, credentials, and school staffing is strongly preferred
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment
