Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert and clinical lead, the full-time remote Licensed Speech Language Pathology Director will manage clinical quality evaluation, product development, and operational support for speech language pathology while overseeing staff training and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and manages clinical quality evaluation and medical necessity review processes for speech language pathology
• Directs staff activities, ensuring compliance with policies, accreditation, and regulatory requirements
• Participates in product development and client interactions to support operational efficiency and quality improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Professional clinical degree from an accredited speech language pathology program
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience
• Experience in medical necessity review and quality administration preferred
• Current, unrestricted license to practice speech language pathology
• In-depth understanding of ICD and CPT coding structures related to speech language pathology
