Job Summary

Performing desk review analysis on property valuation products, the full-time Licensed Staff Appraiser will collaborate with appraisal management companies to ensure accurate property valuations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct desk reviews of property valuation products and provide written justification for any differing value conclusions
• Offer guidance to team members on property valuation strategies
• Maintain communication with management regarding appraisal performance and valuation process concerns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Current certification to perform residential appraisals
• Prior field experience in residential property appraisals
• Functional understanding of USPAP regulations
