Licensed Staff Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Attorney to provide contract drafting, support, and review services within assigned business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contracts on behalf of the company
• Provide internal counsel on legal issues and collaborate with various departments
• Assist with contract processing and respond to RFIs and RFPs

Required Qualifications

• Law degree and active bar licensure in the relevant state
• 2+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements
• Business-minded with the ability to balance legal risks and business priorities
• Adept at working in a fast-paced environment with a service-oriented attitude
