Licensed Structural Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Structural Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare designs for assigned structures, including research, analysis, and drawing preparation for power generation projects
• Apply industry standards in calculations, project drawings, and specifications while meeting contractual requirements
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to address structural-related issues and update project plans, schedules, and budgets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• At least 5 years of experience in structural engineering and design
• Preferred experience in the power industry or industrial markets
• Knowledgeable in engineering software, with preference for SAP2000, SAFE, and Mathcad
• General knowledge of engineering standards including ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC 360, and IBC
