Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Structural Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of structural department activities, including scheduling and resource management
• Act as a technical liaison for customer support and business development initiatives
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Engineering
• 15 years of experience in heavy industrial engineering projects, preferably in a consulting environment
• Professional Engineer license
• Experience managing engineering and design teams
• Familiarity with design software such as RISA, STAAD, and Revit
