Job Summary
Providing technical leadership and project oversight, the full-time Licensed Structural Engineering Manager will manage the structural engineering department remotely, focusing on heavy industrial and infrastructure projects while ensuring high-quality execution and customer support.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule, organize, and direct all structural engineering department resources and activities for efficient project execution
- Participate in business development initiatives and serve as a technical liaison to enhance customer support
- Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and quality control practices for the department
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline with a structural emphasis
- PE license is required
- Minimum of ten years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in heavy industrial environments
- Proven experience in leadership roles managing engineering teams or departments
- Technical expertise in structural engineering across various materials and design codes
