Licensed Student Experience Manager

Job Summary

To support and elevate the clinical education journey for students, the remote Licensed Student Experience Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for student placements, coordinate onboarding, foster engagement, and create exceptional clinical learning experiences within the Eastern Time Zone (EST).

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students throughout their clinical experience, ensuring smooth onboarding and engagement
• Coordinate student onboarding processes, compliance documentation, and facilitate communication with Clinical Instructors
• Analyze feedback and operational trends to continuously improve student experience programs and processes

Required qualifications:

• Current PT, PTA, OT, or COTA license in good standing within the United States
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical practice experience
• At least one (1) year of experience as a Clinical Instructor
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
