A company is looking for a Supervisor - First Party Subrogation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of claims specialists, ensuring effective claims resolution
• Oversee the pre-litigation and litigation claims process, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Collaborate with legal teams and implement strategies to maximize recoveries for the company

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field preferred
• Adjusters license required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in claims handling with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies and regulations
• Bilingual preferred
