A company is looking for a Director, Substation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical aspects and mentor engineering teams on multiple projects
• Collaborate with departments to execute engineering and design components
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and ensure quality and accuracy of designs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution
• 8-10 years of experience in substation facilities
• Experience with substation automation, protective relaying, and related equipment
• Preferred 1-3 years in a Director-level role
• Professional Engineer licensure or preparation to take the PE exam
