Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Director, Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and clinical oversight for behavioral health programs
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards while promoting quality improvement initiatives
• Foster collaboration with community partners and support staff training and development

Required Qualifications

• Current, active licensure as LISW, LPCC, or RN in good standing
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in behavioral health, including 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of behavioral health regulations and evidence-based care models
• Proven ability to drive clinical and operational excellence across multiple sites
