Licensed Talk Therapy Clinical Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing team of licensed therapists, the full-time Talk Therapy Clinical Lead will provide clinical oversight, case consultation, and risk management while maintaining a small direct therapy caseload in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide case consultations and clinical decision support to ensure safe and effective therapy
• Oversee risk management pathways and serve as the escalation point for high-acuity cases
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and support the professional development of therapists

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or licensed psychologist) in at least one US state
• 5+ years of post-licensure clinical practice experience in psychotherapy
• 2+ years of experience supervising or mentoring other clinicians
• Direct experience in telehealth or virtual behavioral health
• Strong knowledge of clinical risk management and evidence-based care protocols
