Licensed Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects, the full-time Licensed Technical Program Manager will manage regional Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies and digital delivery processes while working remotely from Taiwan or in-office in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and standardization of virtual design and construction processes across data center projects
- Define digital controls and manage vendor scopes while integrating AI-driven metrics for performance tracking
- Advise on BIM software integration and architect automated workflows for compliance using machine learning models
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program management and construction projects from start to delivery
- 5 years of experience with Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) implementation and BIM lifecycle management
- Expertise in implementing and troubleshooting VDC/BIM software platforms
- Proficient in project management methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and ISO 19650
