Job Summary

Supporting a fintech company on a part-time remote basis, the Licensed Technology Contracts Attorney will negotiate and manage technology agreements, focusing on data privacy provisions while collaborating with the general counsel and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Negotiate and manage technology contracts, ensuring compliance with data privacy provisions
• Collaborate closely with the general counsel and business stakeholders to provide practical legal guidance
• Operate independently within a lean legal environment, effectively handling a varied workload

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of attorney experience
• Substantial experience negotiating technology agreements
• Experience with data privacy contract provisions
• Ability to operate independently in a small legal department
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
