Licensed Teleaudiology Director

Job Summary

Licensed Teleaudiology Director, seeking a full-time leader to develop and manage a nationwide teleaudiology program, overseeing remote audiologists and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes through innovative care models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive teleaudiology strategy and operational processes
• Establish clinical standards, quality assurance measures, and performance metrics for remote audiology services
• Supervise and mentor a nationwide team of remote audiologists while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or Ph.D. in Audiology, Speech & Hearing Sciences, or related field
• Current audiology licensure in good standing
• Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical audiology experience, including leadership or management responsibilities
• Demonstrated experience with teleaudiology or hybrid care delivery models
• Strong understanding of audiology clinical standards and patient care delivery
