Licensed Telehealth Dietitian

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual medical practice, the part-time Licensed Telehealth Dietitian will conduct nutrition counseling and weight management education remotely while collaborating with physicians to manage patient care and monitor health metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intensive nutrition counseling and weight management education via various communication methods
• Provide medication management support for obesity-related comorbidities under physician supervision
• Engage in remote patient monitoring and maintain comprehensive care through collaboration with team physicians

Required qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Willingness to obtain state licenses as needed for patient coverage
• Ability to work in a HIPAA-compliant environment with high-speed internet access
• Experience with electronic medical records and digital health tools
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week and must reside in the United States
