Licensed Telehealth Mental Health Counselor

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Licensed Telehealth Mental Health Counselor will provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth, focusing on client care while benefiting from flexible scheduling and administrative support.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic services to clients using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Manage a caseload of clients, with the ability to set your own schedule and accommodate personal needs
• Engage in ongoing professional development through peer consultations and specialized training

Required qualifications:

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
