Licensed Telehealth Mental Health Counselor (AL)

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Licensed Telehealth Mental Health Counselor (AL) will provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth, ensuring exceptional client care while managing their own flexible schedule in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults using evidence-based modalities
• Manage administrative tasks, including client acquisition and insurance billing
• Participate in regular peer consultations and ongoing professional development

Required qualifications:

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
