Licensed Telehealth Physical Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Physical Therapist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical assessments of patients to evaluate functional status and therapy needs
• Review patient charts for completeness and clinical appropriateness
• Document evaluations and treatment recommendations in the EHR

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent
• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the U.S
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal or orthopedic rehab
• Experience in chart review and clinical documentation improvement
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to clinical documentation
