Licensed Telehealth Physician

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time Licensed Telehealth Physician will build strong relationships with patients, collaborate with healthcare advocates, and oversee patient care plans to enhance health outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and utilize Solace systems and tools while providing clinical expertise in patient interactions
• Identify and prioritize patients' needs to maintain a streamlined care continuum
• Oversee patient care plans in partnership with healthcare advocates, addressing social determinants of health

Required qualifications

• Board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or other relevant specialty
• Strong clinical skills with excellent organizational abilities
• Superior communication skills, emphasizing listening and empathy
• Comfortable working with diverse patient populations, including the elderly
• Technical proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
