Job Summary

Providing virtual care and support to members, the part-time Licensed Telehealth Provider will engage in video consults and asynchronous messaging while collaborating with a Care Advocate team to ensure comprehensive member care in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual consultations and support to members through video and messaging
• Collaborate with the Care Advocate team for in-person referrals and follow-ups
• Act as an ambassador for Maven's care model, promoting culturally humble care practices

Required qualifications:

• Active certification or license in a relevant specialty area
• Availability to provide direct member care for 5-10 hours per week
• Experience in delivering empathetic, culturally humble care
• Strong organizational skills
• Passion for women's and family health
