Licensed Telehealth Psychotherapist

Job Summary

To support a flexible and autonomous practice, a Licensed Telehealth Psychotherapist will provide evidence-based therapy to clients remotely, managing their own schedule and clinical documentation as an independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual and/or couples/group teletherapy via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform
• Conduct initial assessments and collaborate with clients on personalized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using an intuitive EHR system

Required qualifications

• A valid, unrestricted clinical license to practice independently (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD, PhD)
• Experience utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.)
• Comfortable navigating modern EHR systems and video conferencing tools
• A private, quiet space to conduct confidential video sessions
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage an independent caseload
