Job Summary
To provide specialized therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults, the remote Licensed Telehealth Therapist (MA) will manage a caseload of clients, offering flexible scheduling options in a part-time or full-time capacity while focusing on client-centered care.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based modalities
- Build and maintain a caseload of clients through steady referrals and client care
- Participate in peer consultations and case conferences to enhance professional development
Required qualifications
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Telehealth experience preferred but not required
