Licensed Telehealth Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Licensed Telehealth Therapist (MA) will provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth, focusing on delivering exceptional client care while enjoying scheduling flexibility and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions to autistic and neurodivergent adults, utilizing evidence-based modalities
• Manage a caseload of clients while maintaining a flexible work schedule that accommodates personal needs
• Participate in regular peer consultations and specialized training to enhance professional growth

Required qualifications

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
