Licensed Telehealth Therapist

Job Summary

To support a diverse patient population, the part-time Licensed Telehealth Therapist will deliver outpatient behavioral health care via video, managing patient relationships from initial intake through ongoing treatment while maintaining a flexible schedule as an independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake assessments and follow-up teletherapy sessions with patients using secure video technology
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and complete accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated while adhering to practice guidelines and standards

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field
• Current, unrestricted independent clinical license in good standing (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
• At least two years of post-licensure independent clinical practice providing outpatient psychotherapy
• Experience delivering care via teletherapy or other virtual modalities
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
