Licensed Telemedicine Physician

Job Summary

To support a growing telemedicine practice, the full-time Licensed Telemedicine Physician will deliver high-quality, patient-centered virtual primary care through video visits, live chat, and secure messaging while working remotely and committing to at least 36 patient contact hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment planning for patients
• Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions, providing preventive care and health education
• Complete administrative tasks, including documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) and participating in clinical quality initiatives

Required qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school with active board certification; Family Medicine preferred
• Current, unrestricted medical license with at least 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency
• Active medical licenses in at least one of the following states: CA, TX, or FL, plus 5 additional state licenses
• Willingness to work weekends and assigned holidays as part of the regular schedule
• Strong understanding of telehealth platforms and EMR systems, with the ability to manage high volumes of patient interactions
